This is my set up...I got the upconverting sony dvd player, and my roomate went cheap on the cable so we get like 3 hd channels. He was like oo lets make a Media Center(blah blah) My other roomate has his 360 hooked up to it. Doesnt look too shabby.

You like looking at the PC, well a mac, on a DLP? I tried the samsung 56" DLP and took it back after a week and went with the 52" LCD instead. DLP looked better for movies due to the blurring (not keen on movies being too sharp, and seeing pixelation during high speed scenes) and had better contrast, but I couldn't stand it, to me it was so bad it was worth 2x the cost over the DLP for the LCD.

I hooked it up this past weekend so that I could watch some videos I downloaded. It is a 1080p set, and the Mac sets it up for 1920x1080, so its not that bad. Would I use it for everyday stuff? Probably not. But for videos and games, it can't be beat.
