I was in court today and two guys were there for drug possession, each had less then an ounce of weed, each paid $134 and were free to go.
Also, did you know that its a misdemeanor to misuse a handicap placard? Some lady in her 80s was there facing criminal charges!! Luckily the judge was a really cool guy. I was there for speeeeeeeeeeeding.

Sad that people can't take responsibility. I'm sure he's got plenty of time and fines to think over what he's done.
Me n my friends always debate this. We also think that maybe if you went through some tight twisties, you could essentially outrun a cop-especially a crown vic (assuming you had no helicopter on you, and they didn't block off the exits).
What age grouping would you say he's in? I think I might know this guy.

Bikes can outrun cops easily in areas that they know n' bustin' multiple u turns or circles and the cop can't keep up. about 99% of the time, bikes just pull over to avoid the hassle of potentially killing themselves as well as others though =). I've heard a few guys have blown cops off, but the danger isn't worth it... but then again if you seriously need NOT to get caught, then there is always that alternative... just don't crash, cuz ur gonna look dumb, get arrested, and break some bones. Cop would probably just laugh at you =P
