Yea, he's toast. But then again I know a few people in and out of jail multiple times for drug possession, so I don't think it'll be long before he gets out.

yea you don't run from a cop in a city like wc of all places unless you want to get rammed. Maybe if you are speeding in the country and a cop is out of his car taking radar or something, but
