My Company Needs a Another Sysadmin
My team, more specifically. I work on an internal projects team supporting over 400 developers and a large datacenter (larger than most company's production DCs), and my team now has an opening for another systems admin.
Currently we are me, 2 DBAs (1 sr one junior) a network engineer and a datacenter manager. Other parts of the larger applied engineering group have additional very senior admins to learn from. Total size of all of applied engineering is around 50, with about 10 sysadmins total.
We run solaris and linux (no windows) and really cool gear all the way from Dell 1950s to Sun E4900s.
We need a mid level (i might be able to train a junior level) unix sysadmin to work on my team. Company is very stable, well sized, profitable, public, well known, pays well, has good benefits, its community/earth friendly, etc.
Position is in downtown SF in gorgeous offices with a nice view. Of, and no on-call work, except for 3 days every april. Work is challenging, new all the time, and we have a ton of fun. No crazy long hours.
Please send me a resume.
