I think the GT3 RS uses plexiglass instead of real glass for the rear window.

What SCCA class are you running in?

Plus, how much do your seats weigh compared to stock?

sm

im not sure on the stock seat weight, but my last set (bride replicas) were about 40 lbs each (including brackets/sliders, etc). the ones i have now are about 20-23 lbs including rails.

the brides felt like the same weight as stock maybe a pound lighter..

Very interesting thread! Makes me wonder what weight I can get my wife's RS down to when it's time to strip it for rallying. IIRC, it weighs 2785 lbs stock. I'd imagine fully stripped it could get into the 2400 lb. range. The only problem is that a lot of that weight will get added back in with the addition of the cage. Definitely a good thing for the sake of safety, but it'd be nice to roll around in a 2400 lb. Impreza

My backseats arent even worth taking out because its foam. But my pass seat is 50lbs so i try to run without it, but that was when i had a GF... now that im single, i have to keep the seat in case i meet some hottie lol.

But i think i was 2750 at the dump scales. with my 18lb sparco corsa of course and 1/4 tank (which i cant autoX with, i need 5/8s so my fuel doesnt cut out So i want to get a fuel cell mayhaps and an aluminum hood and braille battery.
