Damn! I was living in maine in 98 when we had a massive ice storm come through. We were without power for 2 weeks cause we lived in a more rural area. The only reason we got power was because some neighbors down the street got carbon monoxide poisoning from their kerosene heater as a means to keep warm. But didn't see anything like that.
