Unhappy my car, the bad luck charm

for all of those who know me, my car has been in the shop for almost the last 2 months now. first it was the turbo, then the shop found out that the repair shop that fixed my car in davis did a bad job on my engine.. now they said i need my WHOLE ENGINE replaced..

when you thought things couldn't get worse....

my ADVANS GET STOLEN
it's hurting my head why all these bad things keep happening to my car.. what did it do to deserve such misery!?

the thing is.. my car has been at CARLSEN SUBARU for about 8 weeks now and i don't understand how it could have been stolen there..

to be continued...

oh yeah, and these are

GOLD ADVAN RG 17x7.5 wrapped in Yokohama AVS ES100 225/35-17 rubbers

pictures can be found at www.pbase.com/dru18/advan

and if anyone is trying to sell my stolen wheels, they have gold chipped off the center hub area of the wheel from a bad mounting job at big-o tires

they don't have a fenced in lot i think... at least it wasn't stolen by an employee from a locked, fenced, lot... to be used in abank heist... and to be found with the money WEEKS later...

Damn dude, that's crazy!

i believe our dealership is, in that situation. we dont have a fenced in lot.

but then we park anything that would have nice things stolen from it inside the shop at night. i.e. - vipers, srt-4s, etc.

Yea man. They should either give you moeny for the wheels, or replace them. Totally unreasonable.

I don't know man. Re-read the fine print on the back of the paperwork you signed. You MAY HAVE released the car to the dealership and they MAY have indicated they are NOT responsible for your car if left overnight.

My wife's boss dropped off his his BMW M5 after work at the BMW dealership for simple maintenance work. When he came back the next day afterwork to pick it up... they met him at the desk and explained that HIS ENTIRE car was stolen off the lot. The dealership showed him the paperwork and sure enough there was a clause. His insurance had to sue the dealership for the money. Sure enough three weeks after he cashed the check, they found the car in Hunters Point. Hard to believe... still in tact.

That sucks sooooooo bad. Let us know hot it works out.

well i'm going ot have my parents file a formal report (because i'm in davis right now).. basically i've been getting jacked by insurance for a long time, and if they don't pay for my engine, i'm going to sue.. as for the wheels, i'm pretty sure that either insurance or subaru will pay because i am definitely nto going to... *sigh there is too much drama with my car

That's odd, I heard the thieves left your car on jackstands, and then left their tools, the lugnuts, flashlights, and their gloves locked in your trunk, after they stole your wheels...
