my 2.5l setup: what am i missing? if anything?

im starting to gather parts for my 2.5l motor and want to see what everyone thinks i planning to hit 400/400 on alcohol injection and am not going to run a huge turbo just something that will spool as fast as my super16g does in my 2.0l now.

cobb closed deck ti rodded shorblock with 8:1 cr 8k redline
p&p'd wrx heads w/ ti valves, valvesprings and retainers
jun 272 cams
aps header
aps sr55
aps 3" catless tbe
aps dr725 fmic w/ custom ic pipes for reverse mount tb
pe 800's
walbro fp
cobb lightened crank pulley
accessport
smc alcohol injection kit

and when all this goes in so will a new clutch, a twin disc exedy w/ lightened flywheel

anything else i could use or im forgetting?

thanks, also feedback wouldnt hurt either.

The intercooler is way to big... it will cause more lag.
If you only want 400whp then go for a smaller TurboXS or Perrin.

I would take a second look @ the turbo...I'm not a big fan of APS.

I assume you want to hit that # on FLis dyno...so that would equate about 350 whp on the Gruppe-S dyno...a 3" green with Alky injection should be able to hit that power figure and give up better spool then a SR55.

To be honest i think your OVER building the motor...considering your modest goals.
Whay spend some much $$$ for a setup and limit it to that power level...all you really need is forged pistons in a 2.5 IMHO...and your good for 400whp on the FLI dyno.

Maybe:
2.5l with forged pistons and Rotated 30r

400 with AI ... get a gt30, you will be able to get 400 whp with it. and yea, go with a smaller fmic. APS dr725 is a lil overkill, i'd say perrin, it fits perfect. +1 on external wastegate too, it'll give u a lil more power and decrease lag, you'd also need an intake that fits.

That's an aweful lot of money... I'd say a good tuner should be #1 on your list. Second APS makes some good stuff, but pricy. You are going to pay a pretty hefty premium, purchasing the FLI/APS power pack. Shop around.

I'd go with Mike from Gruppe-s for tuning.
