Music people? Santa Cruz.

hey I know this is kinda like a flier or what not but who freaking cares it came across my mind while replying to the vicodin and alcohol thread.

They are doing weekly shows at the med in santa cruz.

Next week...the 11th. August of 11th. it's a Wed.

My little brother is playing.

He's kinda like santa cruz's version of Hank Williams Jr. Used to be a punk rocker now he plays this wacky style of country. If you want to have a couple drinks and have a good time you should come down.

They have some good show there. Joe Clements formerly of fury 66 puts the shows on...

Soo.
*** Cracks and Elbows Night
every wed at the med.

line up and time.
starts at 9. Cost $3. 21 and up.

Steve Griswald Trucking Project.
The Younger Brothers
El Capitan.

My little brother is steve griswald. His other project is the Holy Vegas Chapel. And he also might be working on a couple new things with Joe. Check him out.

If you show up....look for me. I drive a white 04 wagon. Name is Ray. I'll be at the bar or hanging out with Grizz. He's about 6'4. dirty blonde longer hair and a beard. I got darker brown hair and probably will have some form of a beard. eyebrow ring and black plugs...not hard to find actually.

haaaa....if you show up....I'll buy you a beer.

oh and if you're into hardcore at all....and got nothing much to do on holloween...drop me a line.

no not rockabilly.

more like old school country meets punk rock mentality. He's really just like a new version of someone like Hank Williams or Johnny Cash. Ruckus wiskey drinking country.

so it's not like country you hear on the radio or what not...it's much cooler. More for fans of punk.

yeah this one coming up this week.

the hardcore one is holloween.
rivals.ws

check it out. They have a few downloads.

it's really gonna be a mix of different veins of hard core. the rivals have a bit of metal, a bit of punk, etc. but the haven't narrowed the final bands down yet for the show but it'll be a pretty good mix of hardcore. All kinds.

I'm gonna try...it's my bday weekend so who knows.

Social D has Matt Freeman playing bass right now....dude from Rancid.

It's just a little bar show....he plays a lot, coffee shops, bars, the catalyst...whatever. just keep an eye out for Griswald trucking project and his other project the Holy Vegas Chapel.

He may also have a couple new things going with Joe Clements from Fury 66....what I hear anyways..haven't been able to confirm with my bro yet.

any of you old school santa cruz people my remember my brothers old band. 3 Left Standing...they were pretty big in like the mid/late 90's.

bah..whatever..I'll be there. nothing like a couple beers with old buddies and a couple of ruckus guys on the guitar.
