Does anyone know of muddy roads in the Bay Area? I saw some in Hollister but it's mostly for jeeps since the trails are pretty deep

None in the bay area, but there is a dirt road called "Little Pinoche Road" southeast of Gilroy between CA SR-25 and I-5 where even lowered cars can have fun.

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee mud, but I can say there are a few water crossings.
