At least it's not that bloody or gory.
Try witnessing a motorcycle doing that speed head on into a car...
...suffice it to say the helmet was more than 100' away from the car, and the body was half in the back seat, half out the rear window.
The helmet was occupied.

ahhh. medic stories...
we went to harley accident up hwy 89. the most intact body part i found was a hand. the rest was kabob meat. rider drifted into the other lane into a 1 ton crew cab head on, both @ about 65.
i have had a few weird calls like this one. body in some weird contorted position. blocky. glad i don't have to do that anymore....

Sucky accident, but not too nasty photo-wise.
I still remember the "intestinal water fountain" pics from a huge car accident where a dude got ripped in half and all his guts flew out all the place from the lower half of his body.
