This is the sandwich from Spanglish. If you've watched the movie this is the sandwich Adam Sandler makes for himself. He plays a chef, so I guess this is what a chef's midnight snack would be like. Good-*** BLT.
It's called the "World's Greatest Sandwich"
3-4 slices of bacon
2 slices of Monterey Jack cheese
2 slices of toasted rustic country loaf (or other GOOD bread)
1 tbsp of mayo
4 tomato slices
2 leaves of butter lettuce
1 teaspoon butter
1 egg
Preparation:
Cook the bacon until crisp, drain on paper towels
Place slices of cheese on one side of toasted bread. Place in toaster oven or in oven under broiler to melt.
Spread mayo on other slice of bread top with bacon, sliced tomato, and lettuce
On non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Fry egg, turning over briefly (keeping the yolk runny)
Slide finished egg on top of lettuce, top with other slice of bread (recommend cheese-side down)
Place sandwich on plate and slice in half, letting yolk run down sandwich
Rumor has it that making sure that the yolk doesn't break until you cut the sandwich is of utmost importance. Lastly, don't worry about calories...it's only about a 1200 calorie sandwich. No worries there. At all.

lol at that man-sandwich with a coke zero beside it! Gotta watch those calories
For those who like pizza
Its home made pizza dough or you can just buy some if you don't have any time or don't know how. If you make the dough add diced rosemary, a little bit of honey and whatever else you like. For toppings mozzarella cheese with fresh mozzarella slices and PROSCIUTTO! You can use one of two sauces one can be just plain pizza sauce you can spice up or you can get some ranch and add a small amount of pizza sauce, enough to make the ranch pinkish. Its also really easy and fast if you have all the ingredients.

damn, should have taken a picture of my breakfast burrito from last week. Had it around 8 in the morning and was still full by dinner time. Had to skip lunch and a super small dinner... Damn, it was one big breakfast!
