MKV Supra?

MKV Supra

It’s time to bring some old school to the new school, and welcome the 3JZ engine. This will be a 3.5 L inline 6 twin turbocharged monster underneath the hood, with an estimated 560 hp in the base model. To get around the emissions laws it will have a system similar to the Prius but this option can be turned off. Essentially it’s an electric motor that can kick in at highway cruising speeds that will increase mpg along with an active aerodynamics system.
This thing looks pretty damn nice..

Seems to be clearly based on the LFA platform. Which I don't mind

Me either. Especially with not too bad of a price. This is going to be so easy to get more power. 3JZ, hell yes.

Hopefully it doesn't have the price tag of the LFA though. If its affordable, I'd be down to get one.

Article says it is intended to be priced below the GTR. So expensive, but not AS expensive, just not in the price range of the former one.

I think it'll be in GT-R price range. Don't think it will go higher than that. Nonetheless, happy to see the Supra might come back, as is the NSX and RX-7, I believe.
