Under age / minors.... Hmmmmmm ! well, in Manila it's all good but in America you get what we call 15/30.

15 minutes of joy and 30 years in jail or statutory rape sentence. It doesnt matter if you as a minor (male) and she or he (LMAO) the adult. The laws apply to both sexes wether you do male to male or girl to girl period. Just dont sue or be sued.

Just something to keep in mind, as well. If you do get convicted of satutory rape, you'll always be registered as a sex offender under Megan's Law. So don't get caught.
