Mike Nolan to be fired after Setallte game on Sunday?

Mike Nolan ****ed with the team, and chose a horrible QB out of no where. The Offense needs to use more Gore, the defense needs to pressure the QB more, you can't expect the DBs to follow any receiver for 7+seconds.
Thank god he's gone, he definitely did not follow in Bill Walsh's steps. Even Mariucci won a superbowl.

Far as I know he hasn't ever won one and won't ever win one.
Decent coach. Not great. Not terrible. Made a huge mistake taking the detroit job.
won 2 division championships. 4 good years. 2 bad ones. Just couldn't win the big one and at the time that was all that was considered good enough for the niners. Now they'd kill for the seasons they had with muc. 3 seasons with 12 or more.
I think he got screwed personally and the niners are paying for it now. Then he screwed himself by thinking he was better than he was and that he could rescue detroit.

I know all about the mooch years as I was at probably 90% of the games they played here, including his last game at home in that crazy NFC wildcard win over the Giants. He should have had his championship in 1998, but Garrison Hearst broke his leg in Atlanta.

Other than VD we have some pretty good receivers. We don't have a TO-type but we have a fairly decent bunch. Bruce catches everything his way, Battle is solid, Morgan is looking great, Johnson has looked decent when he gets a look. If VD solved his problem with the dropsies, we'd be rockin'.
I'd say QB is a major problem. We currently don't have one that is going to take us to the promised land and we dropped a TON of money on Alex Smith which may have us hurting for a while. JTO is not the answer.

Josh Morgan will be good, that is for sure. I wouldn't touch Carson Palmer with a 10 ft pole. QB's are never the same after an ACL tear, look at Daunte Culpepper if you want a prime example. Tom Brady will never be the same either.
