Messages from the Legend? WTF?
So as many of you know, Subaru had the promo where you could txt to 47201 to get more info about the new Impreza. This morning I got a series of strange messages from 47201, so I decided to message back. Here's what came out of it:
47201: t0 47201
47201: Fwd: Legend t0 47201 hi r u there
cdawg: Yeah
47201: We're sorry, the mobile service you attempted to access "YEAH" does not exist
cdawg: Legend
47201: You are already a member of SUBARU WRX LEGEND GROUP. To unregister replay with LEGEND STOP
47201: Hi r u there

47201: Who is this?
cdawg: This is C. I'm looking for the legend.
47201: You txt me. Who r u?
cdawg: Nah, you txt me first. This isn't SOA?
47201: I did?
cdawg: Yeah, about 24 mins ago you said "you there?"
47201: Who dis?
cdawg: This is C. I'm looking for the legend. Who is this?
47201: Is this a computer system?
cdawg: No, but I thought you were. Where are you from? I'm from San Jose, CA
47201: Fort Wayne
47201: Scooba Steve from fort wayne! Who are u?
cdawg: Billy Madison from San Jose, CA
47201: fwd fort wayne subaru
So I called Fort Wayne Subaru, and asked for scooba steve. The receptionist paused, said, "I've heard that somewhere before". I asked her if any one named Steve was there. Confused, she answered, "No." I thanked her for her time and hung up.
