I'm the exact opposite of everyone here I guess. I loved MoH and couldnt wait to pick up Warfighter. After BF3 came out, you will never catch me playing another COD again. Ever. I still go back and play BF2 on 360. Havent had a chance to play Warfighter yet because I've been pulling mad overtime at work.

I've played all the past MoH games but still on the fence for this one. I'll wait a bit. Maybe ask it for X'Mas.

Hmm I tend to agree with "official" reviews 90% of the time. I'm also pretty cynical especially when it comes to FPS as I've played most of them released during the last 10+ years.

Warfighter is not a "great" or "amazing" game, but a few annoying glitches aside, the MP is pretty fun. The more I play it the better it gets. Just based on the MP alone, this game deserves more than a 4 or 5 out of 10. And one site called it "one of the worst games they have ever played"? Seriously? They simply have not played very many games. Rogue Warrior? Now there's an example of a truly terrible game. Saying Warfighter is the same league as a game like that is just bad journalism.

It's a shame that so many people will be turned off by the negative press. I urge fans of online MP to buy this game when it drops in price. Even I admit it's not worth $60 but there is fun to be had. Mind you, you might want to check and see if there's still an online community by then.

 

Everyone needs to stop riding CoD's jock and comparing every other game to it. It's a terrible series. I've played since WaW through MW3 and am not buying BO2. It's a joke how they recycle games. MoH is a good game for MP. I don't see the issues people are having.. Try getting better at FPS before saying a game sucks because you can't hit your CoD K/D, it's obnoxious.

 

Yeah after playing BF3 for the last year which is such a more dynamic experience with 360 degree land/see/air strategy and teamwork, going back to the "everyone running around the map in circles shooting everything" CoD is a complete joke. Seriously, how do people not get absolutely bored with that??

CoD series is a joke.. Don't get me started.

MoH is a good dynamic mix of both games. This one at least. It has similar movements to BF3 but less restrictive like cod. Quicker gameplay and gun fights like cod but on bigger maps. But not as big as BF3 maps. It's a great mix IMO.

 

Any updates on this... I don't have any of these. I've got MW3 which I enjoy. I'm looking at picking up 2 games as a gift to myself for christmas since it's pretty much buy one get one free at toys r us right now.

Been looking at black ops 2 and warfighter. I am personally a fan of the BF series as I used to play tourneys back in the day but I'm leaning towards these 2.

Either that or Black Ops and picking up some kind of sports game. I'm a madden fan but it seems weak to get it right now. I should wait until they release the next one. I'm just afraid I'll get sucked back in to playing tourneys in madden again and I just don't have the time for that anymore. LOL!
