Martial arts enthusiasts! Learn the Secret Tactics of Lyoto Machida!

Now, I know there are a lot of martial arts fans and practitioners here in the Bay Area (I too fall into both categories), so I'm sure many of us know who Lyoto Machida is and how awesome he is!

I came across the following recently and would like to share it with you all: it's a set of videos that outline his secret techniques and winning tactics. They call it... "GEIJITSU"!

Check it out! The video series covers the following:

Standing Striking Techniques -- the "SVFA": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FddpZ...e=channel_page

Ground Fighting Techniques -- the "Lay and Gei": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lyVFY...e=channel_page

And to bring it all together, Lyoto Machida himself outlines his winning tactics as applied to his match against Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_jzxe...e=channel_page

Long live karate, and long live Machida, be0tches! WAR MACHIDA!!!

Oh, nobody doubts the effectiveness of BJJ. It's essential training for anyone that wants to be a complete fighter! Plus, there isn't anything particularly funny about BJJ...
Where do you train?

i use Ian-Jitsu.
my secret defense technique is to kick the opponent in the ***** then run. If the kick is super successful then perhaps I may take their keys and wallet too.

That sounds suspiciously like ry-fu. My daughter is a fifth level master.

I think Lyoto would be a good matchup against Anderson Silva, that is, if Silva decides to go light heavyweight again.

Did you know that if Rampage wins tomorrow he gets a belt shot!? He's fighting a Kieth Jardine who has been on a slide, how does that get you a belt fight? Lyoto deserves his freaking shot! He's 14-0 now and doesn't even get touched in fights

I thought that the Machida/Tiago Silva fight was for the #1 contender spot

So did I!! I then read Dana White saying that Rampage was getting the next shot with a win. I'm going to try and find the article...

"Despite the fact Rampage was at one point headed down the road of self-destruction, a win at UFC 96 will put him in the co-main event of UFC 100 on July 11 against current champion Rashad Evans. But before Jackson can secure an opportunity to regain the same title he lost to Forrest Griffin in July, he needs to get past Evans' teammate and good friend, Keith Jardine."
