Never understood these things, seem lame as hell to me. Don't see where the satisfaction comes from in randomly doing a choreographed dance in front of people that couldn't give 2 ****s.

That and they are so popular now everyone knows what the hell a flash mob is, theres no wow factor, 2 seconds into the thing and everyone goes " oh look a flash mob"

You should read the article. No dance involved. They are setting up a picture of people to represent the In-N-Out sign to get the attention of the company. Showing In-N-Out how people here want one very badly.

Idk why they call it a flash mob, but oh well.

imo, when the dances are legit or really funny then it works.

Like that one AT&T commercial bahahahaha! So funny.

I can't wait for this. I hate driving to Salinas just to get In-N-Out.

Haha your funny Jodice... It's like 15 minutes from Monterey to salinas... I vote for one in Seaside.... Watsonville.. Santa Cruz.. Every town should have one... No town should be deprived from In and Out...

Well it's more like 30 minutes but still. If they put that In-N-Out there I'd be only 5 minutes away

I think it just needs to be off HWY 1. and the Marina area is perfect for it. New shopping center and no food available, whats up with that? Plus, it is one exit down from my apartment.

Why do they want an In and Out so bad, Its not that great (not to say I don't eat there). They also said they want a franchise, I always thought In and Out was not franchised. That they were all owned by the parent company. Not like a McDonalds or something where an individual owns the franchise. Why don't they just open there own burger joint and support local business?

Agreed. In N Out is OK, but not to the point where I'd be trying to get one in my town. 5 Guys is MUCH better. In my other town (Red Bluff) we have a burger joint called Jolly Cone that has been there for 40 years and still makes a great burger. The paper said someone was looking to put an In N Out up there and the townspeople more or less said NO.
