I think it's a GREAT place, personally, although I might be a bit biased.
Watch out for that guy at the parts counter, though...he owns two Foresters, is active in this comm....oh, wait...that's me!!
Honestly, I think we do a pretty good job. Are you looking to purchase a car, parts, or get your car serviced? Is it under warranty? Do you have a lot of mods on the car that you want to hide from the service guys? I'd be more than happy to help you out if you'd like, but need to know what area you're looking for an opinion about.

Internet revolution
The Internet revolution really changed the way cars are being sold. These days a person can walk into a dealership with the actual price of the car in hand and ask themselves exactly how much they're willing to give to the dealership over the cost of the car. The dealership tells you they want a specific %, you ask yourself if you can afford it. Prices are pretty reasonable. Gone are the days of drawing the old square box, murdering customers with crazy rates, and selling worthless undercarriage protection sprays...lol. Buying a car is much more like ordering a meal at a restaurant these days. Only you have a little less freedom of what kind of tip you're going to leave. Salesmen are less like fast talking dishonest shysters of old, and more like genuine businessmen. Unless of course you don't own a computer and you have "sucker" stamped across your face...lol.
