Lotus owned by wagon

the 11-99 license frame means the person donated to some CHP charitable organization. they think they'll get away easier from cops when pulled over, and i've heard it doesn't work.

Fake.......are you on crack?
The lotus is low and angular. The wagon was probably braking hard and it's rear end went up. The lotus slams on the brakes it's front end drops. Making the front slope of that car probably less that 16inches off the ground...easily scooping up the rear end of the wagon. Look at the damage on the Lotus. Look at the hanging exhaust on the wagon and the black scratches along the bumper. If that's fake I need to take some photoshop leasons from that person (I've been professionally using photoshop for 6 years). I mean police are there. People in traffic are staring at them.
Pretty remarkable the limited amount of damage to the wagon though...crazy.
Oh...bankman. Those lisense plates do work quite often actually. CHP has been instructed to not let the frames biase their ticket giving. But quite often the do. I know a couple of folks with them. One of which has giving something like 30-40k to the foundation. He's never gotten a ticket. Got pulled over doing over 140 once. Well over if I remember right. He saw the lights and stopped. But was so far ahead that he could have just kept going. Basically it's the widows and orphans fun for families of chp officers. $300 a year. $1800 lifetime and you get the frame. IT's pocket change for anyone that can afford a lotus with those wheels. SO why not get it. Might save you jail time or a ticket or two.
I'm told that the lower end givers get less brakes but folks that give a lot get bigger brakes. The guy that gave $30-40k had a card that he carries in his wallet and they sent him some thing for his wall. I think it's the card that gets him off.

anyone notice that the TS has STI fog covers and an underbody kit?
LOL - I wonder if the guy in the TS will claim whiplash, he can get rid of the TS and pick up an STI
but judging from the angle of the TS... I wonder if the wagon was at fault. He may have overshot his exit and cut across on the shoulder
