Los Altos Italian Deli, best food ever!

Its a small italian deli that has been there since 1951 I believe... As authentic as it gets. Lets have a meet there! You wont believe your taste buds! Anyone been there?

Cash or check only, closest thing to Italy I have ever had.

They dont seem to have a website, but lets do it!

The meet is on Sunday the 22nd (Technically today) at 1pm in Los Altos. we're meeting in the Rite Aid parking lot downtown, here's the address to the deli!

My favorite is Molinari's in North Beach SF. I grew up in Los Altos though, so maybe I should try it out.

Dude this place owns Luccas' sooo badly. Seriously, you gotta try it... But keep in mind, this is as authentic Italian that you can get... Ive spent a lot of time in Italy, and this place is the sh!!!. Family owned, all Italians working there, simple and GREAT. The best sandwiches are:

the godfather:
Coppa, prosciutto, and mortadella, with all the fixins and itlian dressing

Or if you want just a prosciutto sandwich, they have that too and its the BOMB! Several types of breads, panini (Which in Italian just means sandwich, but for some reason here means baked sandwhich)

I'm REALLY picky with my prosciutto since I'm Dalmatian (Coastal Croatia, known for some of the best prosciutto on earth) but this place delivers!!!

Hmm, sandwiches. Too bad it's too far for me.

I prefer my Piccolo Pete Liquor & Deli here in the city.
