I've noticed they seem to just raise it at a whim. The local news used to make lots of noise about it but they seemed to have quieted down now.

I paid $1.29 a gallon yesterday at Tejon on the grapevine. That is for regular, but damn that was cheap.
I put $20 into an empy tank, and had $3 change.
That was a sick deal.
Some of the cheapest gas here in the bay is right here on Thornton and Fremont. Arco...$1.71 for premium right now.
