lol! at the end of the day it doesn't really matter since you two will be sharing income and saving.

to me, one of the biggest deal is that none of our parents will be contributing anything unless they absolutely want to and not that they have to. Just so I won't EVER have to hear things like "oh we did blah blah blah for you guys for the wedding and blah blah blah". You know you'll be living with that for the REST OF THEIR LIFE!!

Damn you Ray! I just ordered them online few hours ago! LOL! It's all good, I know I paid more than if we were to do them ourself. But only ~$80 in saving, I said, screw it! Someone else can do all the hard work!

Believe me...it's hard work to do good ones. I spent about a week doing ours.

I'm gonna photograph them and take some of our photos from the wedding and submit them to martha stewart and bride mag and what not.

I had a few people telling me they were the best they'd ever seen...but that doesn't necessarily mean that much...haa...I'm scary when you make me mad..haaa.

Seriously though. I got laughed at for the color combo we picked and a lot of the stuff we were doing then a month after the wedding every damn magazine and store was running our color and a ton of the stuff we did as the cool new thing to do..haa.

One of these days I'll get my crap together so I can do this stuff on the side. Figure if I can do one or two a month I can make a car payment on an sti..haaa.

Sorry man. I would have hooked you up too.

Yeah, i can tell it's hard work just THINKING about it. Primary reason to let someone else do it... Luckily she doesn't care much about the invitations. My overall attitude on this whole wedding thing is... I rather spend money on her than on things for 'other' people... and invitation is one of those thing...

becarefull Ray.... dont offer your services unless youre ready to deal with me
ive shopped around and looked at designs and my friend made her own and i LOVED them...but shes SUPER busy right now....soooooo if youre willing to help or at least give me some usefull hints/tips/fonts/paper suppliers etc...hahaha id be more thankfull!

i know what youre saying about the colors and decorations...im going very unconventional and i have a feeling it will all be the next in thing

the most important things to me for my wedding are
Food
Music
Photographs
everything else is for anyone thats coming...i had a half a mind to elope in vegas while we were at SEMA and tell the fams if they wanted a big wedding THEY could pay for it....since to me a wedding is for everyone BUT the people getting married.
