Looking for somone to test Helix RR500 Turbo for STi!

Hey all,

We're really excited to announce that we have a couple prototypes of Helix's brand spanking new turbo! It's labeled as the RR500 and from what I understand, it's based on the Mitsubishi TD06-20G turbo. It has been designed for the Subaru 2.5L EJ257 and should be good for over 415 CHP on 91 and over 480 CHP on 100 octane while still exhibiting good spool up characteristics.

We're looking for 2 local individuals to test these turbos (you will get to keep the turbo).

Helix RR500 Test packages:

-Helix RR500 Turbo
-Helix 860cc Injectors
-Walbro 255L Fuel Pump
-Cobb AccessPort
-Installation
-Custom Protuning

$2799 Installed, tuned, and out the door (includes tax).

OR

-Helix RR500 Turbo
-Helix 860cc Injectors
-Walbro 255L Fuel Pump
-Installation
-Reflash (must already have ECUTEK or Cobb AP)

$2149 Installed, tuned, and out the door (includes tax).

Please PM, email, or call us if you're interested.

Thanks,

Geoff

Personally, I think you ought to be damning him for not giving YOU the opportunity to try this out.

Considering your Forester shares all the same drivetrain goodies that the STi has, it's not a stretch to find a Forester owner who might be interested. Too bad they don't want us lonely, left out types around to try this out...

Oh, and I know that...

I thought you guys might advertise that somewhere else too, just in case you might find a Forester owner who would be interested.

Are these 415/485 CHP numbers assuming using a FMIC?

Not necessarily. If you want it to consistantly make those numbers, you will need a FMIC though. They assume Big MAF, TBE, headers, FP, injectors, and EM.

Thanks,

Geoff

Is the turbo water and oil cooled or just oil cooled?
