Looking for an installer that has experience with V-5900

I had my viper 5900 installed from a shop in santa clara, and everything seems to work, but I am not happy with the way things are setup because of the manual transmission. I know my 07 has a neutral safety wire, but they refuse to wire it directly to this wire, and made a custom relay that requires me to "prep" the car each time I want to remote start it the next time. If anyone has any experience with this alarm that would be willing to take a look at it for me and redo it, it would be greatly appreciated. I have cash for you. Let me know thanks.

I have to pull the parking brake, push the remote button twice, remove the key (car is still running), close the drivers door last after everyone has exited, then the car will shut off. If you don't do this each and every time the car will not remote start the next time you want to.
