Looking for the former owner.

I know its a fat chance but is the former owner of this vin number on here? JF1GR896X8L835372
The dealership selling it claimed that the previous owner was from scotts valley. If you are the owner or may know the owner please let me know. :-) They offered me a hell of a steal on this car but I had some questions I need answered since there are some things that are questionable lol.

you might also want to add a couple small details. You know, year/make/model/color of whatever car your talking about?

Believe it or not, not all of us here memorize the vin numbers of all our old cars

if you want to ask the original owner questions about the car then why buy a from a dealership? Do a private seller

When i traded in one of my cars, it ended up in Utah.

Yea I was thinking that too but it is possible to get outside financing other than the dealership especially buying a used a car.

this, if you qualify for a loan at the dealership, you will qualify for a used car loan from a bank or credit union

I bank with a credit union and have my loan through them. 2.7% used car. New car loans should be just as good. I use Star One FYI

the rates and incentive's are MUCH better for new cars. i use a credit union and they gave me specific rules for used cars: 10yr or newer, less than 100k must be from dealer/seller in state... etc.
for new cars the just gave me a price limit. lol
they also have dealer days or pre-approve vehicles that they will sell you on the spot, because they verified that is it a good car and worth their/your money (side note usually lame cars like mazda 3 and camerys never any subies )

from a banks pov: how much can we make/sell it for if you fail to repay the loan.
