Trackmaster for the track, data logging, track maps.... And Torque for obdii and diag/info
Both super cheap and you just need the bluetooth obdII adapter which can be bought at Fry's in the car stereo area for around $65-$85

HA! WRONG!!!!
Wrong but close. I'm the manager of the Radio Shack Mobile Solutions kiosk in Office Max. We are in 18 stores in the bay area, but my store doesn't officially open until Wednesday. Also, we are one of the only few retailers that offer instant rebates.
EDIT: I'm not knocking ATT at all. I have their service now and love them compared to T-Mo. But I just came back from a corporate ATT store and got completely ignored for 20 minutes. Maybe it was the fact that I came there directly from the gym and was in a sweatshirt and mesh pants, but that does not mean I stand in the same spot for 1/3 of an hour and not even get glanced at. Horrible, horrible customer service in that store. Again, I'm not knocking the company or the wireless service, but the salespeople in that store put a very sour taste in my mouth. I'll have my rep take care of my issue for me and just deal with her directly from now on.

I used 2.2 GB of data on AT&T and got throttled hard, I did a speed test on my phone and I got 0.03-0.10 mbs down and 0.50 mbs up.
I called AT&T was going to cancel they ended up giving me a 60 dollar bill credit.
Great Success, if AT&T doesn't work out I still have my unlimited data on my Verizon phone, I like AT&T though.
