When Google Maximizes Gingerbread having the extra processor power will be needed. This is perhaps a negative towards Android phones because they keep updating.
This happened to many Moto D1 users when it was released. Froyo 7.2.2 out of the box was awesome experience. When the mandatory update came out for Gingerbread 8.2.3 the system lagged badly. It was almost impossible to text or make calls.

I just upgraded from the Droid Pro (i loved that phone and never had a problem) to now the Droid Razr and its AMAZING.
Here is a 4G speed test from last Sun.
Also VZ will only throttle you when you are in the top 5% of usage in the nation.. for my Nov billing cycle i used over 25 gigs of dads

I just realized in my last post i put "dads" instead of "data"
well 41mbps is not going to be always the case. That was just the best connection speed i had gotten. My house doesnt get a great 4g connection (half bars on) but i constantly pull 9-15 mbps
Im at work right now and have been hitting 29mbps.
So it just depends on location.. still better than 3g

you dont have the skyrocket and thats the lte phone, Sprint is the worst and the data speeds you get with "4g" is so slow!! verizon and att both throttle you if you are in the top 5% of all data customers. I use about 15 gigs per month and have not been in the top 5% yet.
