Judging from her tv shows, and that she's always caught out partying, I wouldn't be surprised if they were both equally guilty. She WAS probably totally hammered, and shouldn't leave unless in a limo/taxi. He probably was restraining her. As far as asphyxiation, well, what they do in the bedroom is none of our business.

Yeah she's an annoying little trollop, BUT ya still don't go putting hands on in a non loving manner. Especially when you're a well paid professional athelete & thus a public figure. Waaay too much to lose.

If I was making as much money as Merriman I would upgrade the chicks I hang out with too. I am currently in Houston with the military and thats where Tila is originally from and people that went to school with her said that she was in **** in junior high, imagine how beat up and dirty she is now. I believe his story too, that chick is a drunk.

I'm really suprised at a lot of the responses in here praising this guy. She annoys me as much as the rest but laying hands on a woman is so wrong no matter what a WAPCE she is.

the problem is if he did not try to stop her, and she drove and had an accident and hurt/killed someone, he could have been held accountable for allowing her to leave his residence knowing she was not able to drive.

I think most of the forum is just being sarcastic about the event. =P, any guy who lays a hand on a woman isn't much of a guy at all. If he was preventing her from driving drunk... (which I doubt) then obviously it was a good deed. You don't have to choke a girl to stop someone from going unless they're on PCP and twice as big as you are.
