Are locking lug nuts necessary?

^^^i'm sure they will hold.. but WILL THEY FIT the counter sink of the lugs on the rim?

theres like 20 different keys so..... if the theif wants to go start collecting keys... then yeah... but i can't see a theif spending that kinda money to get ur wheels, when they can find an easier targert
If they are oem wheel locks, they can be taken off easy. I used to work at americas tires and there will be some customers that lost the keys to their wheels locks. We had this special socket that you would hammer onto the wheel lock thatll cut in grooves into it so you can be able to turn it. I dont know if they have a special socket for aftermarket lugs since ive never seen anyone come in with em.
