Boo to dealerships that want to be shady. Why is it so hard to run a dealership and be above the board and honest?

well, i havent and will never go there! last time i was there on of the techs told me that my TT voided my cars turbo warranty

so yeah there idiots.... along with all but what 2 subaru dealers?
...... thats sad!!!

This is exactly what small claims court is for. First, get it repaired where you want and keep the receipts. Then if they refuse to pay for it, go to small claims. You have to have already been out money to sue someone.

If this thread gets a stickaroony how come none of the threads about Green Vally never did? Since they are probibly one of the worst service departments in the bay area.

Thats not too cool. Last saturday I just bought an 04' WRX from Livermore honda and havent had to have any service done yet. If something goes wrong i'll be sure to file a complaint. Good luck with getting everything back to normal.-Todd-
