Lil help?/Cobb CAI
I just got my Cobb CAI in the mail yesterday. Is there anyone with decent tools/knowhow that lives in the Newark/Fremont/Union City area that would be willing to help me get it installed?? I could probably do it myself but would feel better w/some help seeing as how this is my first power mod and I haven't intalled an intake before. I'd really appreciate it if someone could give me a hand with this, thanks.
P.S.: I get off school today at 2pm so just post back or pm/email me about it.

If you can get someone else to do it great and more power to ya.
But if you have a set of screwdrivers and sockets you might just want to try it out yourself. It's a very easy mod that will give you coinfidence in other mods down the road.
Just goto the store and get some beer and food on a saturday. throw a couple back then goto Scoobymods.com to see how it's done. slap it on and reset the ecu and wait overnight for the battery to drain....done!

Take off the neg terminal, let it sit overnight. It WILL work.

I think half an hour will work... but it could be just me. Also you can try touching both terminals together. However, I do not recomend this unless you feel you are grounded fairly well.
I normally wait 30 - 60 mins then turn her over and let her idle for 10 mins. That generally does the trick.
