THAT is why I am such a huge LIC fan Always about the best customer service while providing the best service!
The enormous process started over 2+ months ago. We brain stormed about what the customer wants/deserves and how we can incorporate that into our already “customer service” business model. What we decided on was this has to be all for the customers experience. To cut corners to save a buck was not an option. If we wanted to do this we had to do it right from the get go. With that being said, we found the space (it just happend to come available - lucky us) and started on the planning. This within itself is no easy task.

this has always been true, including being able to checking in via internet to see your car sleeping in the shop as you spoon with me on a king sized aero bed.
No expense spared here at LIC...though Adam charges $100 for a night of spooning, since he's in high demand.
