lets talk about plastidip...

Thanks Sybir. Yeah had I not been really lazy and cleaned it properly, there wouldn't be any worry of stains. I'm sure I could still scrub it out, but like I've stated, I'm really lazy lol. In terms of how its held up, it's doing great. Went from 100+ days in the summer now to freezing and/or slightly below and material itself is holding up fine. There are areas on the corners that are lifted where I failed on masking, and never fixed it. I could have either razor-blade trimmed it, or used left over dip to fill it, but honestly, I didn't plan on making this long term, I really just kind of did it for ****s 'n' giggles. I might strip it and re-dip it another color, maybe black because i can actually be lazy with black, or some crazy ugly color because im a ricer. (I have family in nevada i can have it shipped to luckily)

I'm dippin my wheels next day of sunshine we get... Using the plastidip as a base coat for the matte deep purple (dark) I'll hit it with after. Then when it's baseball season, i'll peel it all off and do it all over again but in orange haha

Here's the final project:
2 coats black plastidip
2 coats montana gold black purple
17" rota subzeros (good lookin out pho shizzle)
Everyone and their mother rock black wheels, I wanted something different and when im bored, ill switch colors.

^ I like the purple!
Plasti-dip is also really fun to peel off if you apply a thick enough coat.
Don't think soo?? Then maybe you were just one of those kids who didn't peel their scabs as a child.....
