I just love when **** 4 brains salesmen use this tactic. I stopped in an un-named dealer one day just to peek in (when the STi just hit the lots), and my car was lookin' CLEAN (I just detailed it), and of course this salesman gives me the same line. Yeah, that's the way to do it......insult me and my car.......and where do I sign?

Well, anyone that read all those bad things and still went there probably think that either 1) that the poster is stupid and brought it upon himself, 2) they themselves can outsmart SCS, or 3) that bad things can't happen to them because they're good people.

But guess what, if SCS wants to *** rape you, they'll find a way - unless you don't go near the place at all

My one and only visit to Steven's Creek Subaru HAHA!

If the BAIC crew remembers late last summer, my car was vandalized severely. The whole car was keyed, tires slashed, and sugar in the gas tank. I was in milpitas at the time (2am) and I had it towed to Steven's Creek to get out of the Neighborhood I was visiting (bad, very bad). A friend was driving down from the north bay with my tires so that I could drive home ( I didn't know about the sugar at that time). Sitting at Steven's Creek for almost 2 hours after the tow truck dropped me off, I had to urinate. Hearing all the wonderful stories about Steven's Creek, I decided to **** on their establishment. I had forgotten about this untill this thread. So for all you SCreek haters, I pissed on them for you.

I too thought the same thing unfortunately. There is no escape from them. I'll be making my 5th *and hopefully last* trip to them next week.

In March I looked into purchasing the '04 WRX. I called around and got quotes and also got on-line quotes. I can understand why some people keep buying from SCS because at that time they quoted the lowest prices in the entire area. They also have a large inventory to select from.

So, I was tempted to buy from them and save, but because of the numerous posts about how terrible SCS is, I decided to buy my car from Carlson Subaru in Redwood City, instead. Although I paid nearly a thousand dollars more, I have a priceless piece of mind. You never know what can happen at Stevens Creek. Furthermore, my buddy was looking at the STi at the same time and said that those guys are a33holes. One of the salesmen, some bodybuilding, gorilla-looking dude with a fake tan, made it a priority to give my friend a hard time just because he asked some questions about the STi. He yelled at my buddy for wanting to sit inside the STi in the showroom.

It isn't only the shady business dealing, the lack of service, and the endless screw-ups, but also the thug-like treatment they give to people.

Down with Stevens Creek Subaru!

I smiled and walked into the parts area. I go to get a filter... I look at the invoice, they were trying to charge me $15.** for an oil filter! I told them that they are out of their minds and I wish the place would burn down. (The parts guy didnt talk to the sales people out front if you're wondering)

LOL I PAID $40 FOR AN FUEL FILTER THERE!

My best friend brought his blue 02 there after he got some rims and they said that they had to hold the car overnight or something and somehow that night my friends car got jacked. Well, not only did it get jacked, it got jacked and driven nearly 100 feet away from the dealership and was 100% stripped out. **** stevens creek. I hate that place and especially the **** for brains monsterous ****tard of a salesman. I hope that whole ****hole of a ****ing amernian mafia burns to the ground.
