I run Stoptech pads with Brembo blanks and Goodridge lines. Stops pretty decently now.

That's the funny part, he WAS the only one who knew where we were going. Some little coffee shop nobody ever heard of to meet up with the rest of the pack to head over to HMB.

Everyone with Brembos and people who were farther ahead in the pack were able to stop in time, but since the caravan was pretty big, people with crappier brakes in the back really had to put them to the test. The story behind this particular dude (who felt really bad, trust me) literally just didn't stop enough in time, nothing more. The brakes didn't fail or anything, it was just that everyone was going too fast and his legacy didn't have enough space to stop.

Still sucks about my friends car, it was super clean and had a ton of work/money in it.

If you look close enough, he hits the STi and heads straight for the RS.
Jeez............

So was this some what of a local meet?

I remember this vid from a thread on Nasioc. Yea to add to what the other person who knew the people involved. It was a RHD mail carrier Legacy and the brakes worked, not so much about the tires being able to grip to slow the car down.

A very sucky suck mo suck happening sucky event.

Anyone down for a caravan?

I had something like that happen but he just ended up scratching up my bumper. Never did get money from him, he went to Iraq the next week. Wasn't a Subaru thing. I stopped in plenty of time with Wilwoods and good tires.
