Doesn't look like there are any pictures for Round 5 up yet.

Yup I had the shiny tires. Next time I'll make sure they aren't so shiny.

Apologies for the misunderstanding at the end of fun run. I just heard "fun run" and came running. Didn't hear the part about helping pick up the auto-x. Didn't mind though.

Is it called boondoggle for a reason?

Small world. I had a laugh to myself as I recognized the wheels, car and stance as I pulled up to you.

Yea I was running a little late going into work today. Usually I am across by about 8:30 at the latest.

Saw you coming up behind me and was like "Wonder if thats Huck?"

Do the slush rounds at the coliseum not start until the end of the year?

No worries. While some clubs charge $1 a lap for fun runs, we just ask that you help clean up. Usually there's more people who want to do the fun runs, but it was pretty cold lol

Traditionally it was called that because the 1st event of the year can be pretty hectic for the chairpeople/organizers. The 1st event usually attracts a lot of new drivers. In the past, there were as many as 300+ entrants that showed up for that event.

The slush rounds start some time after the SCCA Solo National Championships in Lincoln, NE in September. It is just an extra SFR point series before the regular one starts up again in Feb.

That was actually the last slush event of the season (we had 5 events for the slush series). The 2012 championship series will start up again February 12, at Oakland, and we will most likely have 12-16 events for this series.

We have most of the events for the 2012 season determined.
