Took a day trip to dillon beach / tomales bay to celebrate the end of my break in period and to bring back some oysters from Hog Island oyster farm
I brought it up to about 5500RPM on the way back, but I'm still gonna be driving like a grandma still until I do my 1st oil change. Highway 1 is a fun drive - just watch out for the CHP
of course - TTIWWOP

I know this has been covered countless times - but when did you all switch to synthetic?
I'm thinking I should use dino until about 10k

doodoo... i have spoken to wrx techs and most agree that it is better to wait until 10k. sure, opinions vary, but i have heard / read decent evidence supporting the claim that it is better to run on dino oil for the first 8-10k
