Another fine example of why cell phone use should be prohibited while operating a motor vehicle.
It does not say that she was on the phone, but damn...to go the wrong way on a divided Highway?
The speed limit on 17 over the pass is 50...that impact looks like alot more than 50+50 head on. 50-0 doesn't take long...even in those beasts. Somebody was breaking the law.
Speading + HUA (Head Up ****) is a lethal combonation.
