Well I've postponed my jury duty other times but now I finally have to show up, called the # on my notice and my group got called!! doh. Hopefully nothing will interfere with school I start back at college the 16th.
BTW this is the first time that I'll have to actually show up at the courthouse.

the best thing to do is grind it out until they get towards the end of the selection process, and then find a way to get disqualified...other than actually being chosen as one of the final jurors, this is the only way to fulfill your committment for service for a couple years.

Do you know who the Judge is yet? If its Bud Ambrose tell him Brett from Speed Merchant says hi.
Bud has a wicked 911 Porsche with a Injected small block chevy we built in it.
That car is fearsome.

The best way to get out is to indicate that the best judge of character is how people physically appear. Offer that you are an excellent judge people just by looking at them, rather than by listening to a bunch of talk. No attorney will want a juror who will make a decison based on subjective appearence and them not listen to evidence.
