I recommend Wheels America in Hayward, whatever you do DO NOT go to Wheel Techniques in San Jose.

wheels repair is expensive most of the time is cheaper to buy a new one. Unless you have super baller rims, getting a new one might be better since they have to fix and and paint match it. Wheel Tech is hella expensive.

Rolling Stock in S.F. should be able to take care of you just fine, if you don't mind going to a semi-ghetto neighborhood. Talk to Adam. (415) 558-9121, 695 S Van Ness Ave in S.F.
Robert's Wheels and Tires can help you too, I think. (415) 243-9282, 986 Harrison St in S.F.

That's a cast wheel, better to buy a new one..
They can hide the crack, but can't really fix it..
