It's Offical, I HATE TMOBILE

SO, i have to rant. I sent my sidekick2 into Tmobile about a month and a half ago because of battery issues. The phone wouldn't hold a charge and just randomly shut off. So I called tmobile, told them the situation, they said I had to send them the phone first, because they weren't recieving "broken" sidekick2's back. OK FINE, completely legit. I called them today, apparently it shows that the phone was pending shipment on the 10th and then posted today the phone is now currently backordered. I AM DYING HERE WITH OUT A PHONE! Stupid ****ers.... So those who are still frustrated about not being able to get ahold of me will just have to wait longer...

that sucks, they let me ship the old one back when the new one got here (it was a razr tho)....the only rant i have is their coverage, but i guess thats why they're so cheap....

I agree. I had T-Mobile for 2 weeks before returning my phone (SK2), because there wasn't any coverage in my own home.

Maybe you could ask them if you could trade it in for the new SK3.

me and my gf have sidekick2's i have had no problems and i work in a shop where i drop it all the time, the service i have is just as good as my friends with cingular. my gf however is on her 3rd phone but both times they let her send it back after she recieved the new phone.

sounds like someone got screwed over sorry to hear about your situation hope they send your phone back asap

THat sucks, Ive had T-Mobil for years, I really like them. Great deals/minutes, never get overcharged. Coverage has been getting much better lately...

oh ya, I've hadn't had ANY other problems with them. I just want my phone fixed. I'm paying for minutes I'm not using because they have yet to fix my phone which had a bad battery. It's just frustrating. I'm hoping that they will credit my account for the minutes that weren't used because I had no phone. We'll see what happens when I ***** them out....

sometimes you need to call and make some threats of canceling the service and calling a lawyer before you get good service.
they owe you something for your time without the phone either a free month or free accessories.
get nasty with them if your not happy. tell them its BS you pay for the insurance and then you have no phone because its out for repair thats just not right.
its not your fault the phone is a piece of crap and you deserve a loaner phone or a replacement.

Seriousily they should at least get you a replacement phone. You are paying for service that you can't use now because you are out a phone.

I would say, however, that t-mobile has better customer service then cingular. I have had my experience with both. The only down side of t-mobile is their reception. It sux sh#t big time. No reception at home.

****ing A! SoOOO, after a month of no more news, besides my phone was back ordered, I call tmobile today, still the same situation. I drive to my local tmobile store to get a loaner phone, they don't have any. The only store that has any is in Dublin! DAMNIT, fine ok, ill go. I get it, no problem. I get home, about 20 min ago, my dad walks in with a package, he hands it to me, its my new sidekick. ****ING A, WHAT THE HELL! Seriously people, i have the worst luck.

it's horror stories like this makes me glad that im a phone *****, i have like 7 gsm phones at home, if one craps, just switch the sim card over to another phone.
