all right brucelee,
i talked to my boss, he said he will call around to all the places to find the lowest price he can get. as for the chicken do you want me to get seperate leg and thies or 1/4 chickens, cause the 1/4 chickes will be alot cheaper. i cant wait to go to this meet, it will be my first subaru meet. ive been to lots of 240 meets but this meet is going to be huge.

Hi, everyone. If you know you are going for sure, please send payment via PayPal to brucelee for each person who will be attending. We have a good number of members stating they are going but relatively few who have actually payed! It isn't that we think members aren't good for the money but if even 20 or 30 people show up at Mt Hammy with cash the day of the event, we may still run out of food. That's no fun for anyone.
To get an accurate idea of how many people will actually show up (so we know how much food to buy), we would like people to actually send PayPal now, or hand it to Daniel in person at UCKK in the very near future. If we have an accurate head count in advance, we can get much better pricing by buying food items in bulk. This means we can also get much better food without spending more money, too.
Please help make this year's Mt Hammy a little bit easier for Daniel to coordinate so that on July 11th, we can all kick it, relax, and have some fun. Thanks, all.
PayPal info (address) is brucelee22b@ yahoo.com (just remove the space before 'yahoo').
To those who have already sent payment, a big 'Thank You' is in order!

I don't have the list in front of me, but off the top of my head I'm going to say about 14-15 people. I also got a nice donation from MPJ which took care of the rental fees and such.
