It's Mt Hamilton Time, 4th annual Mt Hamilton time. :-D
Alright boys and goylz, when summer approaches, so does our Annual Mt Hamilton BBQ-Party, and guess what? SUMMER IS APPROACHING!
We’re going to be in the same area as last time… the rose garden on Joseph Grant Park. I’d like to get bay area vendors support again this year… last year they were amazing in allowing this thing to happen for us… Though we can’t really depend on the vendors solely. If we want it to be like last time, a $10 a head fee will apply, because doing this kind of thing isn’t cheap or easy. If there are any leftovers, I will donate the money to an animal cruelty foundation.
Anyhow, the date chosen is July 11th 2004. Start time is 11:30, and will go on until around 6:00pm.
This year the food prep will be different and much more efficient than last year. We are also going to have beer for people, however, you will need a bracelet to drink… I really don’t want to be responsible for any minors drinking.
I would like to have some suggestions for food though. I was originally thinking of tritip steak with bbq chicken, as well as a vegetarian options (A better one than last year!), as well as a crapload of sides.
If you have any suggestions on what to serve, please feel free to chime in
As far as activities go, feel free to chime in on that as well. I’m hoping to get a DJ again, and maybe get a volleyball net going. Maybe also get a photographer.
If you know you’re going for sure thus far, you can paypal $10 to me… (You know I’m good for it). Paypal addy is brucelee22b@ yahoo.com (just remove the space).
Any comments or suggestions are greatly welcome.
Daniel

I'll remember to fuel up this time. LOL I'd better bring an air freshener since I smelled my own as well as everyone else's burning clutches when we got there.
