and this is why you just don't go to the stealership at all, and take your **** to places like LIC to get the work done.

Personally I think SC did just fine in this regard. They did not find an issue with the car, and therefore, yes you are liable to pay the diagnostic fee and the rental. It's been this way with me at Carlsen.

My cousin's WRX was running very poorly. I couldn't figure it out, but it was under power-train warranty, so I took it there. I was told VERY CLEARLY by CARLSEN that if the problem was something covered under the warranty, they would not charge me for the rental or the work. Turns out it was the MAF sensor, and I paid all the fees, and picked up a working car.

I feel that it's Capitol that is being SUPER shady, and I knew the one time my wife and I went there to check out a legacy, that I would NEVER step foot on that lot again to buy something.

I go to Stevens Creek for parts, I love it. Ryan is hawt, so that's a plus as well.

I don't bother going there to talk to the salesman. Salesman are just that, salesman. Never got service there, but I hear they are decent. I don't think $110 is a lot to pay for them to figure out what's wrong on your car and fixed it. It's a million times more important than a ****ing key and floor mat.

But maybe my priorities are different from yours.
