Is your company going to block you from accessing certain websites, or taking it away completely? You could always use an external free proxy. Takes a few trys to find one that works, but once it does you can access anything you want. Plus your company can't monitor it as long as you delete your cookies and history. I do it from time to time to get around my companies firewall. One of the IT guys in this office told me that the company can't see what site I visit because I bypass their firewall.
I find my free proxies here . good luck.

Great way to get fired, unless you're part of IT/IM/IS and the admins are your homies.
That's pretty ****in extreme... White-Listing websites from a company. **** man, if they got that **** here I'd be annoyed, eventhough as I said most of the rules don't apply to me.
The only thing I'm not allowed to do anymore is stream music. I miss Launch. It was so great, but oh well.

Well the client IT people are not very bright. So they don't go looking for things out of the ordinary. And since the local consulant IT person is my friend, I can do it. But usually I don't do it. I only had to once because a site I visited got a new host and that host had a bunch of **** sites it operated. So it listed the site I visit as a **** site. I contacted the Admin and it got changed so I never had to use the external proxy any more. I use it now and then on software that needs to connect to the internet. The company blocks requests to outside websites.
