I know I'm not alone with the very severe sleeping problems I have... I don't really know why I can't sleep but I'm guessing it has something to do with the war in Bosnia in 1991-1994... That's pretty much when my sleeping problems went from bad to just incredibly super bad.
Some days I'm awake for 3 days straight without the use of any stimulants (try to stay away from that stuff as often as I can unless I need it to function, and in those times I'll take a 5 hour energy shot or pop a caffiene pill). My body gets really tired and I can't function properly, yet I still can't fall asleep.
I've tried perscription sleep aids but it's a pain in the *** to constantly have to go to the doctor to get refills and crap, and most of that stuff makes me feel like crap the next day. Ambien is the only one that doesn't make me feel like crap in the morning but it's not NEARLY strong enough for the ogre.
What says the clubbers of the i? How do you sleep?
PS: F' war, I can't imagine what some of the kids in the middle east are going to grow up to be after seeing what they have seen (this is not limited to the middle east)

I definitely don't think that everyone should/can smoke without inhibiting their lifestyle, but in your case if it helps you fall asleep (although there are people who can't sleep after smoking), I don't see a better and safer alternative for your body. If you're concerned with the smoke factor, a vaporizer or edibles might be a way around it. If you're concerned with the legal aspect, let's just say its a lot less hurtful to yourself/the society than the casual spirited driving that we all partake in, no reason for it so taboo.
I have a similar problem.

+1 for a hit of the green stuff.. for me it can knock me out, but often I don't get that good deep dreamy sleep you really need.
+2 for a marathon session with the lady
