Unfortunatley, I don't fit the description above ^. I just wanted to try out the new LED lights and get a hands on with compared to the old heavy Maglights (Which they now sell replacement bulbs to LED), that said, my experience with standard flash lights is by the time I need to use it, the batteries usually are weak and dead. Lithiums have an outstanding shelf life. Okay, the toy/tech factor too.

I have a surefire flashlight and I really like it alot. They also sell the batteries for that flashlight really cheap on the website. I have the C2 Centurion for work and it is great.

The lithium batteries are the 123As and you can buy a box of 12 for 15 bucks!!

Super

I just like having a small bright dependable light to keep inside my car's glovebox. Really comes in useful.

Got my T2 today. Not bad for 42 lumen light. Just a bit larger than a minimag, but the cylinder shape is perfect. I think I could even use this with closed fisted weapon and wouldn't damage it at all. The best part is the on/off button at the end of the barrel. Highly recommend it for 50 bucks.

how is the weight on these flashlights? might consider these for backpacking/camping if they aren't too heavy.

Not sure of the weight, I mean, it's light weighted and very well balanced. Maybe a T1 for camping/backpacking is the way to go.

Ok... anyone have an LED battery-less shake-light? They are freaking cool...

I saw those shake generated lights and those would be perfect for a car/home Earthquake kit. I don't think they are as bright as the Lithuim or alkaline lights, but for long term storage those would be great.

Where did you end up getting it from if you don't mind me asking?

I got it through Amazon, through another of their affiliates. I don't recommend that route entireley. It's because I had a gift certificate so I used it. U can save a few bucks on ebay and some other places for sure.

Anyone know if there is a place that sells Inova lights (like the T3 and T4) in a store in the Bay Area? I can order online, but I have patience issues and want to just pick one up.

I've got a surefire, and it's hands down the brightest flashlight i've seen. Plus you can get all kinds of cool accessories for it.
