See...that's the beauty of modern day technology.

Put it this way, I'm not going to turn down a trip to Antartica simply because at one point nobody was able to go there...

see, and old fart like me still loves the old way of doing things. when you get to my age you will talk about the old days all the time and be set in your own ways. it is just human nature.

i don't even have an ipod or know what it is. i shoot with a 4x5 camera which means every shot costs so much money, i can't make a mistake.

meh...learn photoshop, and it'll be like being able to pull that perfectly good half of that wonderful donut out of the trash where your wife threw it even though you told her not too...

Nothing wrong with PS either way i think, as long as the person doesnt act like they took amazing pictures and lie about NOT using PS.

Im with you on this one.

Im an artist, i can draw and feel i have good ideas.

but "Modern Day" technology makes anyone with a computer an artist and that pisses real artists off. Like, i really shouldve been born in the 40's to work for Walt Disney, but that time is gone.

well that is very true. ever since the digital cameras came out and everyone has one, the wedding photography business declined. many photographers went out of business. many people use their digital cameras and take snap shots at weddings. some others who claim to be photographers because their mom got them a digital camera for christmas now have a business. i used to be a wedding photographer during the film days and you can't make a mistake. you have to pose the poeple the right way. you have to plan for light and know what needs to be done. so it is a sensitive subject to old folks like me who don't use photo shop.

i use ACDSee as a file manager, file conversion, and adding the signature on pictures. i am using HDR just to play with colors, but don't really use anything else. i understand that PS is a great product to adjust pictures and fix things, but as i said before, i am very critical of my work and ever since i got a digital camera, it is crap. i hate my work. i produce the best results in film because i know it is not cheap to shoot.

i find it interesting that the mustang doesnt say STi's. so apparently evo's are up to par with ferrari's and porsches?

and it looks like the reason this mustang kills is because of the side skirts?

Saturday was my first time visiting Infineon. Lots of nice cars there. I saw the GST L for the first time in person; so much nicer than what you see in pictures.

I was there with my buddy in the flat black '88 Saleen. We are getting the car ready for American Iron. It would have been a good day except for a little 10 cent o-ring ruining everything. I guess thats how it goes.
